Crispy Tenders with Spicy BBQ Sauce


  • ‘Let’s Eat’ Plant Based Tasty Tenders
  • Pickled Cucumber (1/3 cup of vinegar, 2 tbsp’s of sugar and 1 cup of water)
  • Lime
  • Fresh Chilli
  • BBQ Sauce
  • Coriander
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Spring onions


  1. Slice cucumber and pickle in 1/3 cup vinegar, 2 tbsp’s of sugar and 1 cup of water. Leave mixture in the fridge for 30 mins.
  2. Preheat Oven to 200ºC.
  3. Place Let’s Eat Tenders onto a lined oven tray and cook for 20-25 minutes.
  4. Prepare dipping sauce in a small bowl, quarter limes, slice the spring onion and chilli, and chop the coriander.
  5. Serve with pickled cucumber, BBQ sauce, limes and sprinkle with sesame seeds, spring onion and chilli.
