Crispy Tenders with Spicy BBQ Sauce

Ingredients
‘Let’s Eat’ Plant Based Tasty Tenders
Pickled Cucumber (1/3 cup of vinegar, 2 tbsp’s of sugar and 1 cup of water)
Lime
Fresh Chilli
BBQ Sauce
Coriander
Sesame Seeds
Spring onions
Method
Slice cucumber and pickle in 1/3 cup vinegar, 2 tbsp’s of sugar and 1 cup of water. Leave mixture in the fridge for 30 mins.
Preheat Oven to 200ºC.
Place Let’s Eat Tenders onto a lined oven tray and cook for 20-25 minutes.
Prepare dipping sauce in a small bowl, quarter limes, slice the spring onion and chilli, and chop the coriander.
Serve with pickled cucumber, BBQ sauce, limes and sprinkle with sesame seeds, spring onion and chilli.
